Alpha1 Personal Training was founded with a single mission in mind... to change lives.

 

Geoff and Melissa understood that to truly change lives, they had to first change people’s mindset. They decided to take a 360 degree approach to showing people that making a lifestyle change doesn’t only include exercise, but good nutrition and focused mind as well. Today, our facilities boast hundreds of testimonials from people who have changed their lives and their bodies for good.

Our mission isn’t just to help you lose weight and gain muscle, but to change your daily habits so you can attain and maintain the body and life you always dreamed of!

How We Create So Many Transformations

So, what’s up with “Alpha 1” and the logo?

 

In nature, the wolf pack is one of the strongest familial units known to exist. Wolves know that, while it is possible to live alone, they do much better as a family – a pack. A wolf pack is fiercely loyal to one another and each pack member recognizes that every single other member of the pack plays a critical and important role to the rest of the pack. The pack performs better – together. Just like wolves hunt as a pack with a collaboration towards a common goal and objective, we as a group work together with our clients to help them reach their goals. The result is individual success through a supportive and helpful atmosphere, paired with a fun–family type environment.

Within the wolf pack, the leader of the pack is known as the “Alpha”– the top of the pyramid. Each Personal Trainer and Coach at Alpha1 Personal Training is much more than “just a trainer,” they are the leader in their client’s fitness journey and are there to walk the path to victory with them. Each of them bring many years of experience and many, many certifications with them to the group and their clients. The cadre at Alpha1 Personal Training truly are the best in the business. Those aren’t our words, those are the words of hundreds of satisfied clients who have found success as well as a supportive fitness family that is truly second to none.

We set the bar high for staff: all staff are required to have either a NASM or ISSA Personal Training certification as well as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, which is the gold standard in the fitness industry for nutrition certifications. We also provide the staff access to hundreds of ongoing continuing education credit courses (CEU’s) that allow them to broaden their knowledge base on an ongoing basis. Several of the staff even have advanced collegiate degrees in fitness or sports psychology.

We don’t succeed as an organization without the individual success of our clients. Period. We take the fitness journey with all of our clients so that no matter what your starting point looks like, if you put in the work – we WILL get you the results you’re looking for.
