Philosophy:
I’ve spent my whole life playing sports. Football, basketball, and baseball were the big ones I enjoyed throughout my childhood. Being an athlete was a huge part of who I was. From a young age I knew I wanted to play college football. I was willing to do anything and everything to make that happen. That’s where I got introduced to training in middle school and I just fell in love. I got introduced to coaching my junior year of college when I started interning with our head strength and conditioning coach.
In my senior year of college, I came into fall camp 40 pounds over where I was supposed to be after the COVID lockdowns. Realizing I wasn’t in the shape I should have been in woke me up and motivated me to lose the weight I needed to before our spring season.
Post college, training has become a way for me to stay fit both physically and mentally. Training doesn’t end just because I’m no longer a college athlete. When I’m not at the gym, you’ll find me on the golf course, at a concert, or involved in some outdoor activity!
Everyone comes from different backgrounds and fitness experiences. It is my joy to help you make the changes you want, whether it’s your first time in a gym setting, or you’ve been away for a while and need some help getting back into a routine!
