Philosophy:
My love for fitness started over 10 years ago when I began serving in the United States Army. From the second I touched my first weight and began seeing the changes to my overall health, I was hooked and knew fitness would become a crucial part of my life. It’s that same passion and love that drives me to be better than I was the day before. I want to instill that same passion in each person I work with. If I can help change even one person and see them achieve their overall goal, then I will truly be satisfied.
