While some people may not need the help of a trainer for workouts, very few people truly know what and how much they need to be eating. The “what” and the “how much” will change depending on what you are looking to accomplish and where you are in your training program. Don’t know where to begin? Not a problem – we can sit down and figure out a roadmap to success that fits your lifestyle, budget and eating preferences. We can accommodate and have been trained in all dietary needs/restrictions/preferences.

Live outside of our area but still want training from one of our Personal Trainers? Hybrid Personal Training consists of you meeting with your trainer in person every other week and then getting workouts written for you to do on your own the other days.  Virtual Personal Training can be done via video with your trainer or can simply be your trainer writing your workouts for you to do on your own! Who doesn’t like to workout with a friend?!? Our custom in-house curated sessions break your workouts into 5 categories: Strength, Cardio, Hybrid, H.I.I.T and Core. The sessions change each day, but the same session is taught throughout the day so if you miss your normal 5:30am workout, no problem! Just come to a later session and you can still get your workout in for the day. These are much more than just a “typical” bootcamp class – these sessions are designed to push you no matter what your fitness level.
Once you’re part of this program, you get unlimited attendance to all sessions at our Rosemount and Lakeville locations!

The Alpha 1 Barbell Club is our version of a Power Lifting club; It will provide the motivation and confidence you’ll need to reach your fitness goals! Members of our Barbell Club will be educated on the proper form of three integral movements for strength building: bench press, dead lift and squat. With the support and guidance of our trainers and fellow members alike, you’ll be pushed to achieve more than you might think possible! This club will empower you to independently and safely build strength in the gym.

This is our signature program. By pairing you up with an assigned trainer, you will be tasked with semi-private personal training, weekly one-on-one personal training, weekly nutrition coaching and weekly weigh-ins. Aside from one of the trainers living with you, you won’t find more accountability than this. Our goal is YOUR success. Once we get you to your goal, we then become your support structure to help keep you there and set new goals.
Private Yoga sessions are great for someone who wants a more personalized experience, wants to avoid the large group setting, or needs something with a more flexible schedule. Private sessions also offer the opportunity to work with a specific injury or limiting pattern in the body and receive personalized attention from the teacher. Private sessions are additionally, an ideal opportunity to advance your practice. Universal principles of alignment are used to improve posture, to bring relief from chronic pain/injury or to develop and improve a home practice and assist with challenging asanas. In a session we work on a variety of poses together based on your needs.

Designed for those 55+, this Wellness Program’s focus is maintaining a good quality of life and independence. That means functional movement, things we need every day like getting in/out of a car, up/down from a chair, standing if we fall, navigating stairs/curbs, etc. Weights will be involved, but lower weight and higher reps, resistance bands, etc. It’s all about staying strong, maintaining good balance/flexibility, maintaining hand/eye coordination, and overall supporting an aging body.
Training is discounted and training times available are between 10a-3p!Â
What exactly is Happy Hour training? Well… it’s NOT working out while having an adult beverage!
Most gyms have some downtime in the middle of the day: if you would like to work with a trainer between 10am and 2pm, we can offer a little bit of a discount on our training in the middle of the day. You get to save money and the trainers can work with clients during some otherwise downtime – it ends up being a win-win! Schedule an appointment to go over what program would be best for you at which time we’ll cover pricing.

To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be screened. A proper screen involves an assessment of swing mechanics, biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health, and injury history.
The TPI movement screen is a simple test to quickly evaluate a player’s physical capabilities. The results of that assessment are used to determine how technical elements of the player’s swing could be related to what their body can or cannot do. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer. The plan may include fitness training, physical therapy and treatment, coaching of swing mechanics and biomechanics, nutrition, mental strategy or all of the above.
