Philosophy:
I have had a passion for fitness and exercise since I can remember. I grew up as a competitive dancer and danced all the way through college. After college I transitioned into a teaching role; creating and running the dance and fitness program for youth at the local YMCA. I absolutely fell in love with this role and the impact I could make! I love being able to help get people moving and expressing themselves through movement. I also love helping people find their own inner strength and have fun along the way. This process isn’t going to work unless you are enjoying what you’re doing!
I want to challenge my clients in every way possible while making them laugh and truly enjoy the journey they are taking. My goal as a trainer is to give my clients the confidence and the knowledge to reach their full potential and achieve the goals they set for themselves.
